Reap and Rush Bingyi

Bingyi is the ice-leaning officer most often named in combat patches. After Jiangchao awakens, the first ice spike could spawn too far when range increased; awakened Jiangchao sometimes dealt no damage and had wrong falloff—fixed 31 July. Continue-as-Bingyi could spend the first Fate Stone on a shield-restore stone—fixed late July.

Play Bingyi as control-then-punish. Pair Water Soulstones after the Kanli Star orbit fix. Do not judge the officer on a pre-fix continue save.
